The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korczynski avoids the head kick by Alexeyev.
Korczynski walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Alexeyev misses the body punch
and Korczynski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Alexeyev thinking.
Alexeyev throws a predictable looking body shot
and Korczynski counters with a one-two to the body.
Alexeyev swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Alexeyev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Korczynski takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Lukasz Korczynski has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alexeyev ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Korczynski moves away.
Alexeyev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Korczynski takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Alexeyev cracks Korczynski with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Alexeyev has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Korczynski to stand back up!
Korczynski is rocked!
Alexeyev clinches up with Korczynski and pushes him back against the cage.
Korczynski is still on wobbly legs! Can Alexeyev finish him?
Alexeyev escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Korczynski seems to have recovered his senses.
Alexeyev listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Alexeyev looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alexeyev connects with a right that clearly hurt Korczynski. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Alexeyev proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Korczynski collapses and taps out under the pressure!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrei Alexeyev!
