The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matta lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Matta lands a right hook to the body.
Matta closes the distance and clinches.
Matta lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Matta breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tsuchiya tries for a takedown but Matta circles away easily
and Matta counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Tsuchiya! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Matta!
