Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Wheelright throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wheelright lands a high kick to the side of Muszyna's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Wheelright dives into guard, looking to finish.
It looks like Cechini Muszyna has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Wheelright postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Muszyna throws a lazy right hand but Wheelright sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Muszyna throws a hook to the side of Wheelright's head but Wheelright sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Wheelright shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Muszyna sprawls well. Muszyna wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wheelright gets slowly back to his feet.

Wheelright moves forwards but Muszyna connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Oh Wheelright is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Muszyna moves out of range of the body kick.
Wheelright seems to have got his legs back now.
Wheelright throws a sloppy head kick and Muszyna moves out of range easily.
Wheelright ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Wheelright dives in and grabs Muszyna's left leg, looking for a takedown. Muszyna pushes down on Wheelright's head and hops out.
Muszyna tried to score with a low kick but Wheelright checks it.

Oooooh!!! Muszyna has knocked Wheelright down with a huge combo! Muszyna steps away and waves a wobbly Wheelright back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Wheelright changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Muszyna tries to avoid it but Wheelright manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Muszyna to the ground. Muszyna escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wheelright punishes Muszyna's body with a nice straight punch.
Muszyna misses the jab.
Wheelright throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Muszyna throws a solid leg kick but Wheelright takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Muszyna.

Muszyna is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Lazerus Wheelright will probably get the nod.

Wheelright lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
