The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Hill.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Aruba tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hill wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

We've been told by Hill's head coaches at Iron Fist Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Aruba working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Hill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Aruba lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Hill takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Aruba's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
