Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Emerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ethan Vanguard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vanguard is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Survival-Eminem. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stanley Emerson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ethan Vanguard! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Reed Andrews and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vanguard is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Emerson's half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Emerson actively working from the bottom here. Emerson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vanguard is working away from the top position though. Vanguard looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Emerson wants to get back to full guard. Emerson punching from the bottom.
Emerson works his way to full guard. Good work. Vanguard must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vanguard gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Vanguard gets a clinch. Emerson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Vanguard lands a takedown into guard.
Emerson keeping moving, preventing Vanguard from controlling successfully. Emerson is looking to sweep but instead, Vanguard has passed into half guard.
Emerson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vanguard is working away from the top position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emerson is not content to let Vanguard control the position. Vanguard escapes and gets back to his feet. Vanguard is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Stanley Emerson has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Vanguard throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Emerson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vanguard is in Emerson's guard. Emerson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Emerson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vanguard trying to control but Emerson is working from the bottom. Vanguard controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ethan Vanguard. Vanguard circles away from the clinch attempt.
Emerson shoots and misses and Vanguard counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Emerson thinking. Vanguard throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Emerson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vanguard is in Emerson's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Emerson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Vanguard controls from within his opponent's guard. Vanguard looking to sit in guard and control but Emerson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vanguard has his hands on Emerson's head, controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vanguard forces Emerson back against the cage and clinches. Vanguard blocks an uppercut.
Vanguard wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Emerson. Vanguard is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Emerson is keeping busy. Emerson working aggressively here.
Emerson fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Emerson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Emerson misses with some punches.
Emerson looks to throw an elbow but misses. Emerson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Vanguards head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vanguard ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Vanguard no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Vanguard throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Emerson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Emerson gets to his feet - Vanguard follows without any prompting. Vanguard swats away the attempt to clinch by Emerson. Emerson is looking to clinch. Emerson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Emerson lands in his opponent's guard. Vanguard is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vanguard tries to land a sweep but no joy. Vanguard has momentary wrist control but Emerson slips an elbow through the middle. Emerson wants to stand but Vanguard is controlling his posture from full guard. Vanguard trying to keep a closed guard but Emerson is proving a slippery customer.
Vanguard utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vanguard working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Emerson. Emerson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Emerson gets to his feet - Vanguard follows without any prompting. Vanguard moves into the clinch successfully.
Vanguard gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Vanguard is looking for a kimura here.
Emerson tries to roll over but Vanguard keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Emerson trying to hold on to Vanguard's head to control him but Vanguard postures up.
Emerson avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Vanguard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Vanguard is looking for submissions but instead, Emerson has regained full guard.
Vanguard stands up and waves to Emerson to follow him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Stanley Emerson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Stanley Emerson's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Vanguard closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Emerson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vanguard is working away from the top position though. Vanguard uses his free foot to push down on Emerson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Emerson. Emerson tries to lock up and control but Vanguard gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ethan Vanguard has got the better of the ground game so far. Vanguard lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emerson can't escape the position.
Vanguard looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Emerson covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
