Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Monte Talley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Left Hook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Monte Talley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Left Hook! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hook keeps the fight on the outside. Hook drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Talley wants to get back to his feet but Hook is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Talley has control of Hook's left arm, preventing Hook from doing any damage. Talley is looking to stand up but Hook isn't so interested in that idea. Hook trying to stand up but can't free himself from Talley's guard. Talley has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Hook is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Talley misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hook's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Talley darts in looking for a takedown but Hook gets double underhooks and turns Talley into the cage. Hook breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Talley gets tackled into the cage by Hook. Hook maintains the clinch. Talley doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Hook gets control of Talley's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hook will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Talley keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hook's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Talley is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Talley throws a big right hand that misses. Talley gets to his feet. Hook looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Hook has Talley up against the cage in a clinch.
Hook blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Talley misses with the head strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Talley can't get the takedown.
Talley misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hook has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Hook avoiding damage as Talley throws knees to the body.

Hook is trying to break the clinch but Talley has him pressed against the cage.

Talley gets tackled into the cage by Hook. Hook maintains the clinch. Hook wants to get back to striking at distance but Talley won't allow it.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hook blocks a punch to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Monte Talley will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Talley shoots in for a takedown but Hook shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hook drives through and clinches with Talley against the cage.
Hook escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Talley is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Talley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hook tries to avoid it but Talley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hook to the ground. Hook escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Talley tries to clinch and Hook counters with a head kick. Talley throws a leg kick that is checked and Hook counters with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Talley fails in his attempt to clinch. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Hook looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Hook is trying to control. Talley wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Talley manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Hook keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Hook escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hook gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Talley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Monte Talley. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hook escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Talley gets a clinch. Hook's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Left Hook is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hook closes the distance and pushes Talley back into the cage.

Talley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hook, up you get! A shot to the liver by Hook. Beautiful body shot. Hook throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hook staying out of range there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Left Hook showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Talley tries to keep at a distance but Hook has taken the fight into the clinch. Hook breaks the clinch.
Talley clinches up with Hook and pushes him back against the cage. Talley keeps control of Hook as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Hook tries to break the clinch but Talley is controlling the position. Hook blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Talley is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hook is defending well for now. Talley misses with a short punch on the inside. Hook working hard to break the clinch. Hook is pressed up against the cage. Talley has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hook down to the mat. Hook avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Talley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hook circles away. Hook darts in and clinches Talley up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hook keeps control of Talley as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Talley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hook prevents Talley from getting back to his feet. The fighters are working up against the cage. Talley manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Hook blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hook wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Talley has him pressed against the cage. Hook blocking some punches.
And that's the end of the fight! Left Hook comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hook has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
