Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chim Skrylvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Fair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrylvia lands a head kick!
Chim Skrylvia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Skrylvia misses with a few strikes there.

Fair clinches up with Skrylvia and pushes him back against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fair stands up over Skrylvia, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Fair must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Fair stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skrylvia swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Chim Skrylvia will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Skrylvia lands a big head kick that sends Fair tumbling to the mat! Skrylvia takes a step backwards and waves Fair back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

My spies in Blitzkrieg Fighting Systems: Ground inform me that Fair has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Fair breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Skrylvia tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Skrylvia tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fair manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Skrylvia throws a right hand that Fair ducks under and follows up with a left that Fair also avoids with ease.
Fair lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Skrylvia backs up against the cage.

Fair goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fair looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Skrylvia!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dwayne Fair comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Fair has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
