The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valkoinen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Barkevious momentarily.
Barkevious dips to his left and cracks Valkoinen with an uppercut!
It looks like Mursu Valkoinen has been cut.
Valkoinen takes a swing at Barkevious's ribcage but misses.
Valkoinen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Barkevious fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Valkoinen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Mursu Valkoinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Valkoinen lands a nice looking kick to the body. Barkevious takes a step back to recover.
Barkevious circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Valkoinen drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Barkevious follows Valkoinen to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
