Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith shoots in for a takedown but Stark shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kelvin Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Stark scores with a one two! Smith had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Stark drops Smith with a left right combo! Stark follows him down to the ground into side control.
Smith is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Stark creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Smith sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Smith is still in real trouble! Can Stark finish him?
Stark wants to stand but Smith has his arm trapped.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith is not content to let Stark control the position.
Smith dodges the ground and pound from Stark.
Stark knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Smith on the ground.
Stark throws an elbow but Smith slips to the side and avoids it well.

Smith seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Check out the look on Stark's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

The ground and pound from Stark seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Stark dominated that round.

Stark dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Smith. That did some damage!
Stark looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Smith on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Smith takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Stark takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stark tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it.
A head kick by Stark - that's a beauty! Smith is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Stark can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). John Stark!
