Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between El Senor Sox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradley Westley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for El Senor Sox has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, El Senor Sox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bradley Westley!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westley shoots in and gets a takedown into Sox's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Westley advances to half guard.
Sox is not content to let Westley control the position.
Westley is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sox defends it well.
Westley tries to pass to full mount but Sox defends it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sox tries to kick Westley off but Westley keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Westley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sox's head.

Westley looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Sox is not content to let Westley control the position.
Bradley Westley has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Westley doesn't manage to clinch there - Sox circles away.
No joy there for Sox, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Westley wants to land a leg kick but Sox is out of range.
Westley wants to clinch
and Sox counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Westley throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Westley flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Westley is trying to stand.
Westley has a hand on Sox's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Sox takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Sox wants to control the pace but Westley is squirming around nicely.
Westley is in all sorts of trouble here.
Sox get's back to his feet.
Westley misses with a head kick.
Westley shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sox as he jumps to the side.
Sox lands with a good body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sox throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Westley stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sox closes the distance and clinches up with Westley, looking for a takedown. Sox pushes Westley against the cage but Westley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No luck for Westley with that takedown attempt.
Westley takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sox connects with a nice looking jab.
Westley is rocked!
A head kick misses from Westley.
Sox closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Westley! Sox dives in looking to finish! Westley is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). El Senor Sox!
El Senor Sox very nearly forgot to thank Cyclone Nutrition Company amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
