The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKallister lands with a nice combination. Lindi backs away looking to recover.
Lindi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McKallister as he jumps to the side.
McKallister scores with a leg kick.
Lindi wants to clinch.
A nice leg kick lands there from McKallister.
Lindi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from McKallister.
Lindi avoids a punch combination nicely.
A slapping leg kick lands for McKallister.
Lindi looks winded!
McKallister cracks Lindi with a right hand to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McKallister clobbers Lindi with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lindi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McKallister swivels and escapes.
McKallister lands a head kick. Lindi smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
McKallister seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
McKallister lands with a cross.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A solid leg kick lands there for McKallister.
Nice straight punches there by McKallister. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McKallister.
Lindi takes one to the side of the head.
Pete McKallister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McKallister dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lindi. That did some damage!
An inside leg kick lands from McKallister.
Lindi walks into a straight right hand from McKallister.
Lindi sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McKallister cracks the inside of Lindi's front leg.
McKallister drops Lindi with a beautiful combination! Lindi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - McKallister is looking for the KO!
Lindi is rocked!
Lindi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McKallister can pounce on him.
Lindi is still on wobbly legs! Can McKallister finish him?
Lindi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Lindi looks up at the clock. Bad move! McKallister lands a right hand from hell, dropping Lindi. McKallister pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pete McKallister!
A relieved looking Pete McKallister thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
The defeated Karbal Lindi had this to say: 'Just bad luck'.
