The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hewson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
A punch combination from Hewson misses.
Macgregor closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hewson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hewson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Hewson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Macgregor misses with a takedown
and Hewson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Macgregor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Hewson counters with a left to the body.
Macgregor moves to clinch but Hewson breaks away
and Macgregor takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Hewson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

enabling Hewson to counter with a crisp jab.
Macgregor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Macgregor takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hewson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Macgregor on the side of the head.
Hewson lands with an overhand left.
Hewson lands a jab to the nose.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hewson throws a series of punches but Macgregor avoids them all with ease.
Macgregor wants to clinch but Hewson slips to the side
and Hewson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hewson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hewson stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duncan Macgregor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A jab from Hewson does it's job there.
Hewson drops Macgregor with a beautiful combination! Macgregor stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hewson is looking for the KO!
Macgregor is rocked!
Hewson moves in close and cracks Macgregor with a massive right hand! Macgregor, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Hewson!

Paul Hewson tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
