Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jai Brick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nisse Indian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Indian is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Down - Hail The Leaf. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jai Brick!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nisse Indian!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Indian misses.
Brick throws a nice looking combination but Indian bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Brick shoots in and drives through. Indian sprawls well.
Brick fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Indian has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've been told by Brick's head coaches at MuscleWorks Amsterdam™ that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Brick shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Indian but Indian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Brick throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Brick dives in for a single leg takedown but Indian sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jai Brick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Indian.
Brick tries to break the clinch but Indian is controlling the position.
Brick blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Indian creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Brick throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Indian blocks it with crossed arms.
Indian lands with a left to the head.
Indian blocking some punches.
Indian lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Brick wants to break free but Indian has control.
A head punch on the inside from Brick fails to land.
Brick misses with a hook from the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Indian.

Indian taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Indian misses with an elbow strike.
Indian blocking some punches.
Brick wants to break the clinch but can't.
Brick softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Indian lands with a left to the head.
Brick goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Brick throws a head punch that misses.
Indian blocks an uppercut.
Brick fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Indian lands with a right to the head.
Indian is pushing Brick up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Brick is trying to break the clinch but Indian is controlling him.
Brick is trying to force a seperation but Indian has the dominant position.
Indian has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.
Brick goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Indian is trying to maintain a safe position but Brick gets an underhook and turns Indian into the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Indian.
Brick tries to break free but Indian pushes him back against the cage.
Brick tries to throw a body punch but Indian avoids it by throwing Brick back against the cage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Indian wants to stall.
Indian lands an elbow inside that Brick shrugs off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brick can't break the clinch.
Brick throws a head punch that misses.
Indian scores with a shoulder strike.
Brick misses with a body punch.
A nice left hand lands by Indian.
Brick misses with a short punch on the inside.
Brick working hard to break the clinch.
Indian working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Brick misses with a punch on the inside.
Brick tries to work over Indian's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Indian blocks a body shot from Brick.
Brick is trying to force a seperation but Indian has the dominant position.
Brick tries to throw a body punch but Indian avoids it by throwing Brick back against the cage.
Indian lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Indian lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Indian keeps control of Brick as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Brick has had enough of the clinch but Indian keeps him there for the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A short body shot lands from Indian as the two fighters clinch.
Brick tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Indian pushes off an throws an elbow but Brick leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Indian gets through Brick's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Indian prevents a body shot from Brick.
Brick fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Brick goes for a takedown in the clinch but Indian prevents it.
Indian lands with a left to the head.


Brick is rocked!
Brick takes a shot to the head.
Oh Brick is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brick misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Indian has Brick pushed against the cage.
Brick takes an elbow to the forehead.
Indian creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Brick with a big uppercut! Brick tries to clinch up but Indian pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Brick to the mat! Brick covers up and Indian unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Nisse Indian!
Nisse Indian is the new light heavyweight champion!
A less than humble Nisse Indian misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
