Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andres Bonifacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Monsoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Bonifacio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jeff Monsoon! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonifacio fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Monsoon, pushing him back against the cage. Bonifacio has hold of one of Monsoon's legs. Monsoon is fighting the takedown attempt but Bonifacio gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Monsoon looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Monsoon keeping full guard, as Bonifacio tries to pass. Monsoon lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bonifacio! Monsoon is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bonifacio can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bonifacio manages to regain half guard. Good work. Bonifacio looking for submissions off his back. Bonifacio is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Monsoon's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Monsoon's back! Monsoon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Bonifacio is cranking Monsoon's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Monsoon! He's tightened the choke and Monsoon is tapping out!
