Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesner comes to the cage accompanied by down with the sickness. Brock Lesner has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brock Lesner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mark Hunt! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Francis DeMontford and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesner lands a head kick!
Lesner throws a leg kick but Hunt moved away. Nice uppercut there from Lesner. Lesner throws a lazy uppercut
and Hunt counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lesner is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hunt sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lesner throws a leg kick but Hunt checks it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lesner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hunt moves away. A punch combination from Lesner misses. Lesner throws a body punch but Hunt moves out of range. Lesner walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hunt checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lesner, as that shot connected.
Brock Lesner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lesner throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesner throws a combination that misses and Hunt counters with a lovely shot to the body. Lesner lands with a hook. Hunt tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Lesner has been working on his balance at Hate Made Me Asylum, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Hunt. Lesner shoots in and gets a takedown into Hunt's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lesner pushing down on Hunt's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Lesner lands with a punch from half guard. Lesner is taking a breather. Hunt says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Lesner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lesner is thwarting Hunt's attempts to control the position. Hunt avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lesner. Lesner is keen to just control but Hunt is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesner stalling.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lesner throws a leg kick that is checked and Hunt counters with a nice uppercut. Lesner cracks a nice hook into Hunt's ribs. Lesner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lesner drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Lesner pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hunt is keeping the position for now. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hunt can do anything to dispel that myth. Hunt is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lesner scoring with some ground and pound. Lesner advances to half guard. Lesner is looking for a kimura here.
Lesner wants to free his trapped foot but Hunt is holding on for dear life with his legs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Well, if Lesner is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Lesner wants to pass to mount but Hunt is defending the position. Lesner has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Hunt defend it? Lesner steps over the head and cranks it - Hunt is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lesner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Brock Lesner!
