Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kicker Blower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eight Twinky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kicker Blower has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Twinky misses with a few strikes there.
Twinky throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Blower moves into the clinch.
Twinky tries for a takedown. No joy.

Blower escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Twinky defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Blower.
Twinky tries for a takedown but Blower sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Blower keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kicker Blower has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eight Twinky.
Blower dives in for a single leg takedown but Twinky sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Twinky wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Blower has him pressed against the cage.
Twinky misses with a punch to the body.

Blower breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Blower leaves Twinky with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Twinky shoots in for a takedown but Blower shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Twinky counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Twinky.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Blower utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Twinky wants to stand but Blower has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Twinky stands and steps away. Blower gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Twinky closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Blower to the mat! Blower manages to get full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Twinky is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Blower will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Twinky postures up in Blower's guard and throws a big left but Blower blocks it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blower looking to hit a scissor sweep but Twinky is one step ahead there.
We've been hearing good reports from Blower's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Twinky is looking to work some ground and pound but Blower has wrist control.
Twinky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Blower swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Blower has control of Twinky's left arm, preventing Twinky from doing any damage.
Twinky is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

and Blower counters with a series of strikes. Twinky will be more careful next time no doubt.

Blower has taken the fight to the clinch.
Blower lands a hook to the side of the head.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Twinky looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Blower pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Twinky.

Twinky gets tackled into the cage by Blower. Blower maintains the clinch.
Twinky misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Blower.

Blower has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Twinky uses from the top position.

Blower is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Twinky is aware though and is defending well.

Twinky thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Twinky tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Blower manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Twinky shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blower as he avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Eight Twinky will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Blower closes the distance and clinches.

Blower decides to pull guard.
Blower tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Twinky passes into half guard.
Twinky working Blower over with strikes.
Twinky is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Twinky is looking to take a break and control but Blower is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Twinky might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Blower haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Blower is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Twinky tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Blower.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Twinky is thwarting Blower's attempts to control the position.

Eight Twinky has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Blower!

It looks like Eight Twinky has been cut.
Twinky fails to land the takedown.
Twinky darts in looking for a takedown but Blower gets double underhooks and turns Twinky into the cage.
Twinky tries a knee to the head but Blower blocks it.
Twinky wants to stall.

Twinky tries to pull guard but Blower holds him up against the cage and eventually Twinky drops back down to his feet.
Kicker Blower has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eight Twinky.
Twinky tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Blower just stands there and leans against the cage.

Blower breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blower fails to land the takedown.
Blower will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Blower shoots in for a double leg but Twinky sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Blower tries to clinch up but Twinky circles away and keeps his distance.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Twinky.

Blower throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Twinky closes the distance and clinches up with Blower, looking for a takedown. Twinky pushes Blower against the cage but Blower circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Twinky takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Blower shoots in and drives through. Twinky sprawls well.
Blower keeps the fight on the outside.
Blower shoots in but Twinky avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Blower throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Twinky has a takedown stuffed.

Twinky bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Twinky has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Blower!
Blower is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Twinky is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Twinky extends the arm and Blower is forced to tap!
