The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFadden darts in looking for a takedown but Filipovic gets double underhooks and turns McFadden into the cage.
Filipovic breaks the clinch.
McFadden is trying hard to land a takedown here. Filipovic sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Filipovic throws a hook to the side of McFadden's head but McFadden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McFadden tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Filipovic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

McFadden throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Filipovic's waist but Filipovic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McFadden off to one side.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee warns Filipovic that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

McFadden scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Filipovic is rocked!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Filipovic can do anything to dispel that myth.
McFadden postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Filipovic in real trouble here! The ref calls for Filipovic to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
