Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Balthasar Oosteroom! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Blue Belt! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oosteroom connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Oosteroom has closed the distance and engaged Belt in a clinch.
Oosteroom definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Oosteroom escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Belt shoots for a double leg takedown but Oosteroom sprawls well. He's pushed Belt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Oosteroom tries to close the distance and clinch but Belt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Belt shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Oosteroom manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Belt throwing strikes from guard but Oosteroom blocks nicely. Belt is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Belt postures up in Oosteroom's guard and throws a big left but Oosteroom blocks it. Belt with a flurry of punches that miss.

Our spies down at at SWF GYM inform us that Belt has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Belt looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Belt trying to control the position.
Belt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Oosteroom is aware though and is defending well. Oosteroom controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Belt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Oosteroom gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Oosteroom decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Belt tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Oosteroom swivels and escapes. Oosteroom forces Belt back against the ropes and clinches. Oosteroom connects with a knee to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Oosteroom lands a knee to the body.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Belt tries to pull guard but Oosteroom forces him back to his feet, against the ropes. Balthasar Oosteroom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blue Belt. Oosteroom with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Belt looks winded! Oosteroom pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The fight stays on the outside here - Oosteroom looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Oosteroom is fighting to maintain full guard but Belt has managed to sneak the leg through. Belt is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

It looks like Blue Belt has been cut. Belt gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
