Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Pearson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Sanchez manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Pearson on his heels. He'll look to pass Pearson's guard now, I'm sure.
Sanchez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pearson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
