Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Trinidad Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Savo Tieros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Nelly - Here Comes the Boom. Tieros has chosen All Over You-Live as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Savo Tieros has been cut.
Tieros misses with a takedown attempt
and Jackson counters with a nice uppercut.
Jackson connects with a body shot.
Tieros walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tieros takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

and Jackson counters with a straight right hand.

and Jackson counters with a nice leg kick.
Jackson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tieros stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Tieros takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tieros changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Tieros manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Trinidad Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Savo Tieros.

Tieros's coach down at Diamond In The Rough Training Facility was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tieros's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

and Tieros counters with a low kick, right behind Jackson 's knee.
Horrible takedown by Tieros or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad.

Jackson throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Tieros colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Jackson as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Tieros is left battered and dazed whilst Jackson and his camp cheer!
