Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vicious Bars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bars has chosen ONE TIME' by Jai One as his entrance music. Vicious Bars will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, David Velasquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vicious Bars!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez thows a body shot but no joy.
Bars tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Velasquez to counter with a crisp jab.
Velasquez clinches with his opponent.
Velasquez works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Velasquez stands up and waves to Bars to follow him.
A jab from Velasquez does it's job there.
Bars takes a swing at Velasquez's ribcage but misses.
Bars scores with a takedown into Velasquez's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Velasquez has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Bars has passed into side control.
Velasquez regains half guard, as Bars was trying to land strikes.
Bars seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Velasquez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Velasquez is pressing down on Bars's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Velasquez wants to stand but Bars is controlling the position.
Bars is looking to work some ground and pound but Velasquez has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bars sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Velasquez's guard.
Velasquez is trying to stand back up but Bars is controlling him
Bars wants to take a breather but Velasquez is having none of it.
Bars is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Velasquez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bars.
Bars is trying for a kimura here. Velasquez looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bars wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Vicious Bars!
Vicious Bars decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
