Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Victor Stevens!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick lands from Stevens that sends Gonzalez to the canvas. Gonzalez tries to scramble back to his feet but Stevens brings him back down into side control.
Gonzalez is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gonzalez gets back to half guard.
Oh Gonzalez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Stevens tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gonzalez controls his leg.
Stevens prevents Gonzalez from improving his position.
Stevens landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Gonzalez is in trouble now - Stevens has advanced to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stevens tries to control but Gonzalez wriggling away.
Gonzalez keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Gonzalez's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Stevens is hanging on to Gonzalez's back as he tries to escape.
Gonzalez looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.

Stevens trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
You can see the frustration on Gonzalez's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Stevens controls the position.

Stevens keeps control of the position easily here as Gonzalez tries to buck him off.
Gonzalez is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Gonzalez manages to reverse the position and now he's in Stevens's guard. Nice work there by Gonzalez.

Victor Stevens has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A jab lands there for Stevens.
Stevens tries a head kick but it misses.
Stevens lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Stevens tries to clinch there but Gonzalez circles away.
Stevens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stevens fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gonzalez, pushing him back against the cage.
Stevens unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Gonzalez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A combination from Stevens does no damage.
Gonzalez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stevens darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Stevens has taken the fight to the clinch.
Stevens unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Gonzalez wants to take the fight to the mat but Stevens manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Stevens moves in looking to clinch but Gonzalez pushes him off.
Stevens leaves Gonzalez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Stevens throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Juan Gonzalez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stevens blocks a jab.
Gonzalez swats away the attempt to clinch by Stevens.
Stevens gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Stevens breaks the clinch.
Gonzalez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gonzalez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gonzalez takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Stevens catches Gonzalez napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Gonzalez to the canvas!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gonzalez is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Stevens dives into side control.
Stevens decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gonzalez to his feet.

Stevens scores with a jab to the head.
Victor Stevens seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Stevens lands a hook that stumbles Gonzalez back into the cage. Stevens follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Gonzalez to the canvas! Stevens pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Gonzalez has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Victor Stevens!
A relieved looking Victor Stevens thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
