Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Noam Chomsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Adams's choice of entrance music: Rihanna - So Hard. Tim Adams told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams misses with a few strikes there.
Adams throws a left and a right that both miss
and Chomsky counters with a nice low kick that buckles Adams's knee momentarily.
A lazy body kick from Adams
and Chomsky counters with an outside leg kick.
Adams misses with a combination
and Chomsky counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Chomsky lands with a kick to the temple. Adams shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Tim Adams has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chomsky misses with a jab, cross combination.
Adams tries to clinch up
and Chomsky counters with a body kick.
Adams looks winded!
Chomsky delivers a nice body kick.
Adams has a takedown stuffed.
Chomsky throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Chomsky lands with a slapping head kick.
Chomsky turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Adams takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice inside leg kick there by Chomsky. That's going to slow Adams down.
Chomsky lands with a nice body punch.
Chomsky digs a good body shot into Adams's ribs.
Chomsky looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Chomsky backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Adams's temple! It sends Adams violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Chomsky celebrates and the doctors try to help Adams!
