Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cosmo Starstryder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Myles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myles is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop. Darren Myles is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starstryder feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Myles's calf.
Starstryder throws a series of punches but Myles moves out of range.
Starstryder throws a sloppy head kick and Myles moves out of range easily.
Starstryder swings for the body but Myles moves out of range.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Starstryder. Myles shrugs it off though.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Myles crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Starstryder - the referee stops the clock and Myles gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Starstryder. Myles manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Starstryder throws a head kick that misses.
We've been told by Starstryder's head coaches at Le Prieuré de Sion that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Myles has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Starstryder.

Starstryder connects with a single shot there.
Myles walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Darren Myles has been cut.
Myles on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Myles takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Starstryder lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Myles circles away quickly and effectively.

Starstryder wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Starstryder is looking to wear down Myles with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Starstryder feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Myless jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Starstryder ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Myles moves away.

A solid leg kick lands there for Starstryder.
Myles on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Myles takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Myles might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Starstryder has got the better of the exchanges.

Starstryder cracks Myles with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Myles is rocked!
Starstryder cracks Myles with a left hook right on the temple and Myles goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Starstryder lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Myles is OK!
