Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Timo Kahuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mamed El Toro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Timo Kahuna has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mamed El Toro! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! El Toro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kahuna circles away. Kahuna changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. El Toro uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kahuna. El Toro has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Kahuna gets caught napping as El Toro dives in and scores a takedown. Kahuna manages to retain guard. Kahuna definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. El Toro drops back looking for a leg! Kahuna is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kahuna manages to kick El Toro off! El Toro jumps back into Kahuna's guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. El Toro is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kahuna is just riding it out for now. El Toro eventually gives up the hold. El Toro is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kahuna pushes El Toro off looking to stand but El Toro dives back in and keeps control.

Mamed El Toro dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
El Toro uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kahuna. Kahuna connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. El Toro bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Kahuna throws an off balance right hand
and El Toro counters with a left and a right that stings Kahuna. Kahuna looks to throw the jab but El Toro is out of range. Kahuna misses with a straight right. Sloppy strikes from Kahuna. Those never looked like landing. El Toro ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kahuna cracks El Toro with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Kahuna takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kahuna scores with a shot to the body.

El Toro closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kahuna quickly recovers to half guard. El Toro prevents Kahuna from standing back up.

El Toro tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no El Toro has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

El Toro working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Kahuna knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for El Toro on the ground. El Toro is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kahuna has escaped the position, nice work there. El Toro tries for a kimura but Kahuna is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. El Toro thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. El Toro has hold of Kahuna's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kahuna seems comfortable defending it but El Toro has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kahuna is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kahuna is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but El Toro couldn't care less - he's delighted!
