Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Armilly displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Standell.
De Armilly doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Standell counters with a two punch combo.
Standell throws a right hand that De Armilly ducks under and follows up with a left that De Armilly also avoids with ease.
De Armilly closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
De Armilly wants to stand up but Standell has a hold of him and won't allow it.
De Armilly wants to lay and pray for a moment but Standell keeps working.
Standell makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Standell.
De Armilly wants to stand but Standell is controlling his posture from full guard.
Standell seems keen to control De Armilly's posture.
De Armilly looking to sit in guard and control but Standell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Standell passes into half guard.
Standell seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but De Armilly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
De Armilly is kicking away at Standell from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Standell grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with De Armilly trying to push Standell off... De Armilly taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
