Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnie Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirek Marian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mirek Marian was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcfadden gets caught napping as Marian dives in and scores a takedown. Mcfadden manages to retain guard.
Mcfadden might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Marian engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Mcfadden has his foot on Marian's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Marian works his way back into a safe position though.
Mcfadden being controlled here, momentarily.
Mcfadden is working an open guard so Marian takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Marian tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mcfadden counters by clinching up.
A left hand lands to the body for Mcfadden.

Mcfadden goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Marian breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Marian looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Marian is trying to control. Mcfadden wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Mcfadden is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Marian missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Marian blocks the strikes from Mcfadden.
Marian is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mcfadden!
Marian misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Marian can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mcfadden is looking to escape.
Mcfadden is trying desperately to improve position.

Marian wants to control the pace but Mcfadden is squirming around nicely.
Marian jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mcfadden is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mcfadden and Marian has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marian decides to stand back up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mcfadden looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Marian.

Mcfadden is working hard here to advance position.
Mcfadden misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Mcfadden tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Marian wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Marian trying to control the action but Mcfadden is working from the bottom.
Mcfadden is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Marian off and has taken his back!

Marian is looking to escape here. Oh dear - Mcfadden has locked on a rear naked choke here! Marian is tapping out! The fight is over!
