Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tory Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuai Liang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuai Liang has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Tory Stark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kuai Liang!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liang misses with a straight left.
Liang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stark.
Stark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Stark doesn't manage to clinch there - Liang circles away.
Liang shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Stark is trying to defend but Liang finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Liang is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kuai Liang wasn't active enough on the ground.
Stark lands a nice leg kick that just misses Liang's sensitive parts.
Liang closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Liang's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kuai Liang.
Liang shoots in for a double leg but Stark sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Liang swings for the body but Stark moves out of range.
Stark shoots for a takedown but Liang saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Stark tries to close the distance and clinch up but Liang swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Liang throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Liang counters with a single leg into guard. Stark didn't expect that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Liang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Liang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Liang slips nicely into half guard.
Liang uses his free foot to push down on Stark's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Stark.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Let's hope that Liang has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Stark tries to score a power double leg takedown but Liang sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stark somewhat.

and Stark counters with a three punch combo that has Liang backing up. Liang nods at Stark to acknowledge the strikes.
Tory Stark is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Liang throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stark on the side of the head.

Liang slaps away a takedown attempt from Stark, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Stark tries to clinch up but Liang circles away and keeps his distance.

and Stark counters with a nice body shot.
Liang misses with a straight left.
Liang is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Stark ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Liang changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stark looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Stark is trying to get back to half guard.

Stark tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Liang wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Liang takes a little break here. Stark wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Liang advances to mount.
Liang seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Stark is holding on tight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Liang takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Stark takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Liang jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nice takedown defense from Liang. No joy for Stark on that attempt.

Liang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stark was well out of range. Poor timing from Liang.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Liang seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Kuai Liang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Stark throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Liang's waist but Liang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stark off to one side.

Stark will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Stark isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Liang stacks Stark on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Liang!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Liang is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Kuai Liang was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Stark doesn't manage to clinch there - Liang circles away.

Liang is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tory Stark has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Kuai Liang is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Kuai Liang comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Liang has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
