The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Kelly throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Cluzet shoots in looking for a takedown. Kelly tries to sprawl out of it but Cluzet keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kelly manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've been informed that Cluzet has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Kelly escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cluzet gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Kelly here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
