Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kesigan St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Owen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St Pierre comes to the cage accompanied by aint no sunshine. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kesigan St Pierre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Owen! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Pierre throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Owen slaps away a takedown attempt from St Pierre, before circling back to the center of the mat. The fight stays on the outside here - St Pierre looks like he's thinking about clinching though. St Pierre looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Danga de danga de dang - Owen scores with a four punch combination! Owen throws a right and a left that both miss. St Pierre closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Owen wants to break the clinch but can't.
St Pierre misses with an elbow strike.
St Pierre scores with a nice hook to the head. St Pierre tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Owen avoids it. Owen trying to stall but St Pierre improves his position.
Owen is fighting off a takedown attempt but St Pierre is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Owen to the mat. Owen regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. St Pierre connects with a couple of short punches. St Pierre stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Owen swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Owen wants to stand and escape but St Pierre is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Pierre in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Owen throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Owen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst St Pierre is controlling him. St Pierre lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. St Pierre trying to control but Owen is working from the bottom. St Pierre has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. St Pierre working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Owen's head. St Pierre pushing down on Owen's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. St Pierre winds up and cracks Owen with a swinging punch to the side of the head. St Pierre postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Owen to stand up. St Pierre slips a jab and a cross from Owen.
Owen tries to grapple but his opponent circles and St Pierre counters by moving into the clinch. St Pierre gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. St Pierre seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Owen is trying to stand back up but St Pierre is controlling him
Owen keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Owen tries to roll over but St Pierre keeps him under control. St Pierre moves into full mount! Owen won't be happy about that! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St Pierre working the ground and pound effectively.
St Pierre looking to finish Owen with some ground and pound. This is bad for Owen! St Pierre is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Owen can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
St Pierre trying to control but he's not successful this time. Owen is in a horrible position here. St Pierre smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Owen is rocked! St Pierre landing strikes, looking to finish! Owen is still in real trouble! Can St Pierre finish him? The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! St Pierre has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Owen's face.

That's four minutes gone in the round. St Pierre working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Owen is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. We've been informed that Owen has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Oooooh, big shot lands for St Pierre! Owen is hurt baaadly! St Pierre is firing away with more strikes - Owen is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kesigan St Pierre! Kesigan St Pierre spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
