Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pete Robles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Buscemi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pete Robles looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Robles! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Steve Buscemi! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buscemi throws an overhand right that lands on Robles's shoulder, as Robles tries to avoid the shot. Robles avoids a punch combination nicely.
Buscemi misses with the combination.
Buscemi misses with a few strikes there.
Buscemi misses with a series of wild punches.
Buscemi moves into the clinch. Robles is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. A frustrated look appears on Buscemi's face as he tries to break the clinch. Buscemi wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Buscemi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Buscemi closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buscemi breaks the clinch.
Buscemi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Buscemi throws a series of strikes that have Robles backpedaling.
It looks like Pete Robles has been cut. Buscemi throws a shot from downtown. Robles moves away and avoids it. Buscemi throws a right and a left that Robles avoids nicely. Buscemi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Buscemi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Buscemi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Robles showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Buscemi.
Buscemi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Robles, pushing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buscemi prevents a body shot from Robles. Buscemi just leaning against Robles, taking a breather. Buscemi wants to get back to striking at distance but Robles won't allow it.
Buscemi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Robles has Buscemi pressed against the cage, preventing Buscemi from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Buscemi prevents a takedown attempt there.
Buscemi working hard to break the clinch. Buscemi tries to break free but Robles pushes him back against the cage. Buscemi manages to break the clinch.
Robles finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Buscemi's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Robles falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Buscemi!
