Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Ewell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramazan Temel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ewell's entrance music is White Dude. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramazan Temel!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Temel throws a body kick that misses.
A head kick misses from Ewell.
Temel has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Ewell is landing a low percentage of strikes.

That's time! Ewell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ewell has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Temel finds it's way round the side to connect with Ewell's head.

Ewell on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Temel takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

That was a close second round but I would say that Steve Ewell will probably get the nod.

Ewell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Temel closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Temel lands in his opponent's guard.
Temel looking to sit in guard and control but Ewell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Temel looking for a guillotine here but Ewell defends easily.
Temel controls Ewell momentarily but Ewell frees himself.
Temel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ewell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ramazan Temel hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
