Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Gummidge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vasiliy Khrapov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khrapov has chosen Rocky road to Dublin (RUS) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vasiliy Khrapov!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gummidge defending well as Khrapov loads up on a big left hand.
Gummidge throws a low kick but Khrapov avoids it.
Gummidge walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Khrapov checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Gummidge staying out of range there.
Gummidge misses the jab.
Gummidge slips under a jab from Khrapov.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Khrapov, right into the meat.
Gummidge uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Khrapov.
Khrapov misses with a body shot.
Khrapov throws a big shot that misses.
Khrapov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gummidge shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Khrapov as he jumps to the side.
Khrapov lands an overhand right.
Gummidge doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Khrapov lands a nice looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khrapov explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Khrapov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gummidge.
Gummidge looks to land a right hand but Khrapov moved out of range.
Gummidge with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Khrapov to score with a decent uppercut.
Khrapov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Nice body punch from Khrapov.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gummidge showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Khrapov.
Gummidge gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Khrapov.
Khrapov just misses with a punch to the body.
Khrapov lands an overhand right.
Gummidge uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Khrapov.
Khrapov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Brian Gummidge has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Khrapov throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Gummidge colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Khrapov as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Gummidge is left battered and dazed whilst Khrapov and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vasiliy Khrapov!
