The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dejesus gets a double leg takedown into Hernandez's guard.
Hernandez is trying to control the position but Dejesus postures up.
Hernandez looking for a guillotine here but Dejesus defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hernandez wants to stand up but Dejesus is controlling him.
Dejesus advances position into side control!
Hernandez sneaks back into half guard.

Hernandez is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dejesus pulls his head out easily.
Dejesus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hernandez on the ground.

Dejesus wants to stand up but Hernandez has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Dejesus lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hernandez is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hernandez is looking to work some ground and pound but Dejesus has wrist control.
Dejesus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Hernandez trying to control the position from guard on top but Dejesus is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hernandez throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Hernandez drops back looking for a leg! Dejesus is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dejesus manages to kick Hernandez off! Hernandez jumps back into Dejesus's guard.
Hernandez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hernandez loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hernandez drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hernandez as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Dejesus screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hernandez! Nice submission victory there!
