Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heinz Doofenshmirtz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Tatov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doofenshmirtz's entrance music is Feuer Frei -by- Rammstein. A fine choice. Tatov has chosen Soundgarden - Superunknown as his entrance music. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Heinz Doofenshmirtz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Igor Tatov!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doofenshmirtz misses with a lunging right hand

and Tatov counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tatov is controlling the pace.
Doofenshmirtz tries to roll over but Tatov keeps him under control.

Doofenshmirtz is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Dragon Cage Training Camp that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tatov connects with a nice short shot to Doofenshmirtz's temple.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Tatov working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tatov in particular looking to stall.
Tatov stops Doofenshmirtz from getting back to his feet.
Doofenshmirtz on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Doofenshmirtz tries to get out of the position.
Well, if Tatov is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Tatov wants to free his trapped foot but Doofenshmirtz is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Doofenshmirtz regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Tatov.
Tatov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Doofenshmirtz swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tatov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Doofenshmirtz seems a little lost for a moment, as Tatov dominates the positioning.
Doofenshmirtz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tatov on the ground.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Igor Tatov dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A looping hook to the body misses from Doofenshmirtz. Tatov does a little dance to reset his feet.

Tatov takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Doofenshmirtz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Tatov pushes Doofenshmirtz away with a front kick.
Tatov throws a quick inside leg kick.
Doofenshmirtz thows a leg kick but Tatov checks it

and Tatov counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tatov.
Tatov misses with a hook to the ribs.
Tatov misses with a punch to the body.
Doofenshmirtz struggles to land a body shot inside as Tatov controls his hands.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Tatov has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Doofenshmirtz is trying to keep an underhook but Tatov manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Tatov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tatov thows a huge punch but Doofenshmirtz dodges it nicely.
Tatov lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Tatov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Tatov drops an elbow to the side of Doofenshmirtz's head.
Doofenshmirtz is trying to stand up here but Tatov is controlling him well.
Tatov thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Doofenshmirtz's head.

Tatov creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Doofenshmirtz sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Tatov is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Doofenshmirtz's shoulder. That is not cool.
Doofenshmirtz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The ground and pound from Tatov seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Doofenshmirtz managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Tatov.
Tatov tries to score with some ground and pound. Doofenshmirtz controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Tatov lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Igor Tatov!
As Igor Tatov got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: thanks for the memories, Montreal, happy to say bye to you all on good note- like power chord!'.
