Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arto Bambang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Cowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bambang might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Suicidal Tendencies - Nobody Hears. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bambang lands with a hook. Cowen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Bambang throws a nice looking combination but Cowen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

We've been hearing good reports from Bambang's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Bambang decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Arto Bambang overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bambang uses his free foot to push down on Cowen's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Cowen.
Bambang can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cowen is looking to escape.

Bambang is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Cowen is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Bambang gets his way!

Bambang working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Cowen is doing well to defend. Bambang seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Cowen is forced to tap and this one is over!

Arto Bambang decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
