Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deidara Zetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Vaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zetsu comes to the cage accompanied by Make Me. The crowd seem to be enjoying Vaughn's choice of entrance music: Walking Tall. Chris Vaughn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Deidara Zetsu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Vaughn! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vaughn steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Zetsu. That one must have hurt. Zetsu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Vaughns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! A jab from Vaughn misses. Zetsu's corner calls for a 1-2. Zetsu obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That has opened up Chris Vaughn's cut even more. This has been an exciting period of action! Vaughn throws a body punch but Zetsu moves out of range. Vaughn misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zetsu looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Zetsu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Zetsu lands a nice hook to Vaughn's body. Vaughn takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Zetsu throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Zetsu avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zetsu lands a nice looking kick to the body. Vaughn takes a step back to recover. Vaughn looks winded! Vaughn bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Zetsu's head backwards. Zetsu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Vaughn. Zetsu is looking to clinch. Vaughn avoids the body shot from Zetsu.
Zetsu defending well as Vaughn loads up on a big left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. A slow jab from Vaughn misses its intended target. Zetsu closes the distance and pushes Vaughn back into the cage. Vaughn tries to pull guard but Zetsu won't allow it.
Vaughn blocks a body shot from Zetsu. Zetsu lands with a left to the head. Zetsu with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Zetsu lands with a right to the head. Zetsu scores with a shot to the side of Vaughn's head. Zetsu fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Zetsu. Zetsu looking to throw knees to the head but Vaughn is blocking nicely.
Vaughn is looking for a takedown. Vaughn tries to pull guard but Zetsu holds him up against the cage and eventually Vaughn drops back down to his feet.
Deidara Zetsu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Vaughn. Zetsu tries to land a knee to the head but Vaughn blocks with his arms.
Zetsu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Vaughn ducks under a wild hook from Zetsu. Zetsu looks to score with a jab to the body but Vaughn is just out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zetsu connects with a high kick. Deidara Zetsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fighters circling - Zetsu throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Vaughn throws a hook but Zetsu blocks it. Vaughn takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The cut above Chris Vaughn's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Vaughn throws a series of punches but Zetsu moves out of range. Zetsu uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vaughn. Zetsu tries a head kick but it misses.
Zetsu displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vaughn throws out the jab. Vaughn walks into a jab. A punch lands to the side of Vaughn 's head but he takes it in his stride. Zetsu thuds his shin into the meat of Vaughn's side. Vaughn gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Zetsu. Vaughn takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Vaughn on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Zetsu lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Vaughn walks into a left hand.
Chris Vaughn's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Zetsu clobbers Vaughn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Vaughn is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zetsu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zetsu throws a quick head kick that knocks Vaughn silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Zetsu is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Deidara Zetsu! In his post fight interview, Deidara Zetsu started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
