Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drakaath Yelgersmold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Devin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yelgersmold kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pursuit of vikings. Drakaath Yelgersmold could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Matt Devin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Drakaath Yelgersmold! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Devin! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good exchange - Yelgersmold coming out on top. Devin fails to land the takedown. A cross from Yelgersmold lands. Devin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Devin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Devin works his way into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Devin controls the position. Devin is looking to take a break and control but Yelgersmold is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Yelgersmold being controlled for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Matt Devin has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Devin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yelgersmold sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Devin somewhat. No luck for Devin with that takedown attempt. Drakaath Yelgersmold has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Devin. Devin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Yelgersmold defends well and Devin ends up having to push Yelgersmold into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Devin has Yelgersmold pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Yelgersmold manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Yelgersmold throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Devins head. Yelgersmold stops a takedown attempt from Devin.
Yelgersmold's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Devin takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Yelgersmold comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Devin looks winded! Devin looks up at the clock. Bad move! Yelgersmold lands a right hand from hell, dropping Devin. Yelgersmold pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drakaath Yelgersmold! Drakaath Yelgersmold made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I am the destroyer. No jiu-jitsu will ever be more powerful then my face punching ability.'.
