Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Kazakh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexander Gibbs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Kazakh! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice combination there by Kazakh.
It looks like Alexander Gibbs has been cut. Gibbs could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kazakh throws a solid leg kick but Gibbs takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kazakh. No luck for Kazakh with that takedown attempt. Kazakh misses with a body shot.
Gibbs gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kazakh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kazakh scores with a jab to the body. Kazakh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gibbs tries to avoid it but Kazakh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gibbs to the ground. Gibbs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kazakh throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kazakh has his takedown stuffed and Gibbs counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kazakh! Alexander Gibbs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Kazakh. Kazakh looks winded! Kazakh is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Kazakh looks to move to half guard but instead Gibbs has passed into mount! Damn! Kazakh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gibbs. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kazakh is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kazakh flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Gibbs takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Gibbs is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kazakh is surviving well by controlling Gibbs's body position as best he can. Gibbs pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Kazakh tries to reverse the position but Gibbs maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kazakh taking shots to the head. Kazakh is working to get back to half guard.
Kazakh in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Gibbs fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gibbs can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kazakh is looking to escape. Gibbs takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kazakh keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gibbs controlling the pace for now. Gibbs landing strikes from the mount and Kazakh is in trouble! Kazakh throwing hammer fists to the chest of Gibbs. What's that going to do exactly? Gibbs unloading with bombs! Kazakh swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Gibbs lands a heavy elbow. Kazakh flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Kazakh is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Gibbs blocks Kazakh's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kazakh throwing hammer fists to the chest of Gibbs. What's that going to do exactly? Kazakh flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Kazakh swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Gibbs looking for a guillotine from mount but Kazakh is having none of it. Kazakh is looking to get to half guard. Gibbs can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kazakh is looking to escape. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gibbs is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kazakh is surviving well by controlling Gibbs's body position as best he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Alexander Gibbs will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Alexander Gibbs's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Kazakh fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gibbs avoids it really well and circles away. Gibbs is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kazakh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gibbs closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kazakh gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Gibbs trying to control the action but Kazakh is working from the bottom. Alexander Gibbs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Gibbs moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Kazakh. Kazakh is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gibbs stands up and we're back to a striking position. Kazakh tests Gibbs's chin there with a solid looking shot. A jab from Kazakh finds it's way through Gibbs's defenses. Kazakh is looking to clinch. Kazakh lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gibbs circles away quickly and effectively. Kazakh misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kazakh misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gibbs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gibbs has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gibbs breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Gibbs shoots for a takedown but Kazakh saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Gibbs shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gibbs was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kazakh is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Gibbs lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Kazakh striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
Gibbs is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kazakh is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kazakh is trying to work for a sweep but Gibbs has mounted him!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kazakh is in all sorts of trouble here.

Gibbs is riding his opponent, not letting Kazakh buck him off. Gibbs trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Gibbs has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Kazakh! Can he survive? No! He's out! Gibbs gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
