Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Fontana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and UR Subbed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Subbed comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Here Come the Bastards kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paulo Fontana! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, UR Subbed! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Subbed keeps the fight on the outside. Subbed tries to clinch up but Fontana circles away and keeps his distance. Subbed misses with a few strikes there.
A punch combination from Fontana misses. Fontana misses with an uppercut. Subbed saw that one coming. Fontana shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Subbed as he jumps to the side. UR Subbed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fontana keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Subbed there. Fontana shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Fontana throwing strikes from guard but Subbed blocks nicely. Subbed throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Subbed had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Fontana is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Subbed Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Fontana's back instead. Fontana trying to control the hands but Subbed breaks the grip. Subbed throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Subbed lands an elbow to the side of the head. Subbed looking to break Fontana's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Fontana remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Subbed will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Fontana is in bad spot here.

A big right from Subbed misses. Subbed lands a nice hook to Fontana's body. Fontana takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Some wild striking there from Fontana.

The fighters circling - Subbed throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Subbed tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. UR Subbed is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fontana tries to bum rush Subbed with a series of wild strikes but Subbed uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Subbed misses with a two punch combination.
Subbed tries to clinch but fails miserably and Fontana counters by clinching up. Subbed is pushing Fontana up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Fontana blocking some punches.
A right handed body shot lands from Subbed.
Fontana is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Subbed pulls him back up using the underhooks. Subbed misses with the head strike.
Subbed effectively controlling the action here. Subbed with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Fontana breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fontana scores with a decent looking hook. Fontana avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Subbed looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fontana tries to clinch but Subbed moves out of range. Subbed tries to clinch up. Subbed throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fontana counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Fontana fails to land the takedown. Fontana tries to bum rush Subbed with a series of wild strikes but Subbed uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Subbed tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Fontana uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Subbed. Nice straight punches there by Subbed. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Subbed. Subbed throws a jab when Fontana was well out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fontana crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Subbed - the referee stops the clock and Fontana gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Subbed. Fontana manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Subbed misses with an uppercut. Fontana saw that one coming. Fontana circles away from the clinch attempt.

Fontana will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Fontana swings for the body but Subbed moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fontana throws a nice looking combination but Subbed bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Fontana shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Subbed as he jumps to the side. Fontana feints and as Subbed raises his hands in defense, Fontana changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Subbed looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Subbed looking for a guillotine here but Fontana defends easily.
Subbed keeping moving, preventing Fontana from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
UR Subbed showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Subbed lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Fontana takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Subbed gets caught flat footed, as Fontana shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fontana pushes down on Subbed's leg and manages to get into half guard. Fontana trying to control the action but Subbed is working from the bottom. Fontana is pressing down on Subbed's thigh, looking to free his foot. Subbed is holding on for now. Subbed looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Fontana trying to control the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Subbed tries to get to full guard but Fontana has control of the leg. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Fontana moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Subbed. Subbed is looking for a sweep. Subbed takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Subbed wants to control but Fontana postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Subbed is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Fontana trying to control the position but Subbed is working away. Fontana is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Subbed looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fontana gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Subbed is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fontana lets go of the hold and Subbed can pop his arm back in it's socket.
