Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Xav Danger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiko Fill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Xav Danger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aiko Fill! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Danger drives through with a takedown into guard. Fill working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Danger. Danger postures up in Fill's guard and throws a big left but Fill blocks it. Fill looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Danger postures up.
Danger might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fill preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Fill managing to control the position. Fill looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Danger puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Danger missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Danger wants to pass the guard but Fill is defending well. Fill punching from the bottom.
Danger controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Danger is looking to advance position but Fill won't allow it. Danger lands strikes from half guard. Danger throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Fill is controlling Danger's position as best he can from this difficult position. Danger thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Fill works his way to full guard. Good work. Danger stays in close to Fill's body and controls the position. Danger trying to control but Fill is working from the bottom. Fill is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fill throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Fill lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Danger! Danger is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Fill wants to stand but Danger is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fill is landing with some decent strikes but Danger is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Fill has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Danger's face.
Fill lands a nice shot to the head. Fill scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Danger?
Fill tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fill lands with some strikes. Fill punching from mount but Danger doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fill trying to control but Danger is having none of it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Danger is in a horrible position here. Fill smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Fill looking to ground and pound but Danger is blocking nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fill controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aiko Fill dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Danger leaves Fill with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Danger moves out of range of the body kick. Danger gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fill to score an easy takedown into full guard. Danger seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Fill trying to control but Danger is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fill postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Danger is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fill, into his guard. Danger missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Fill avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Danger trying to control but Fill is working from the bottom. Fill trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danger trying to control the position from guard on top but Fill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fill utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Fill has momentary wrist control but Danger slips an elbow through the middle. Danger is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fill is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Danger defends well. Danger has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Fill pulls Danger in close to prevent any damage. Danger postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Danger is looking to work some ground and pound but Fill has wrist control. Aiko Fill has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Danger throwing strikes from guard but Fill blocks nicely. Danger controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Danger trying to control the position from guard on top but Fill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fill trying to keep a closed guard but Danger is proving a slippery customer.
Danger throws a big elbow that misses. Fill keeping moving, preventing Danger from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fill is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Fill feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Danger swivels though and keeps the full guard. Fill passes into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Fill in particular looking to stall. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fill is pressing down on Danger's thigh, looking to free his foot. Danger is holding on for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Aiko Fill will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Danger tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fill swivels and escapes. Fill shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Danger napping and manages to drive through into side control! Fill controlling the position. The strikes coming from Fill are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Fill is trying to get an arm triangle but Danger is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fill is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Danger has escaped the position, nice work there. Fill in side control, throwing shots but Danger defends. Fill wants to stand but Danger has his arm trapped. Danger wants to control but Fill postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fill wants to stand but Danger has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Fill is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Fill tries to stand but Danger is controlling from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Aiko Fill. Excellent takedown into side control there by Fill. Fill wants to stand but Danger is controlling his arm. Fill in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Fill lands some shots froms side control. Danger struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fill tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Fill is looking to take a break and control but Danger is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Danger can't do much from the bottom here.
And that's the end of the fight! Aiko Fill comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
