Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ray Hunt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Billy Bob! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob moves out of range of the body kick. We've been told by Hunt's head coaches at Cozad The Island that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Hunt looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Hunt swats away the attempt to clinch by Bob. Hunt throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bob tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hunt is in Bob's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Hunt postures up in Bob's guard and throws a big left but Bob blocks it. Bob looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Hunt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bob looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hunt passes into side control.
Hunt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bob tries to bench press Hunt off him but Hunt keeps the position. Bob is working to avoid the ground and pound but Hunt connects with a decent elbow. Bob looks to move to half guard but instead Hunt has passed into mount! Damn! Hunt controlling the position easily from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunt dominating with strikes here. Hunt takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bob tries to reverse the position but Hunt maintains control. Hunt is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bob is surviving well by controlling Hunt's body position as best he can. Hunt sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt looking for a guillotine from mount but Bob is having none of it. Hunt controlling the pace for now. Hunt landing shots from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunt looking to control but Bob is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bob wants to hold on but Hunt pushes him away. Bob tries to improve his position but instead Hunt has taken his back! Bob is trying to get back to his feet but Hunt has full control of the position and if anything, Bob has just worked his way into a worse spot. Hunt really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Bob. Bob really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hunt. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bob showing good submission defense here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hunt keeps control of the position as Bob tries to break free.
Hunt is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Bob has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bob defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bob is trying to break free.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Hunt dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bob is looking to clinch. Bob moves into the clinch. Bob is working for takedown but Hunt is calmly controlling the position for now. Bob tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hunt just stands there and leans against the cage. Hunt breaks the clinch.
Hunt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bob's waist but Bob gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hunt off to one side. Bob tries for a takedown but Hunt sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ray Hunt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Bob. Hunt moves into range and clinches up with Bob. Hunt just leaning against Bob, taking a breather. Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bob circles away quickly and effectively. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob wants to clinch up but Hunt keeps it at a distance. Bob darts in looking for a takedown but Hunt gets double underhooks and turns Bob into the cage. Bob is trying to pull guard but Hunt has him pressed against the cage. Hunt lands an elbow inside that Bob shrugs off. Bob prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hunt tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bob as Hunt tries to tie him up. Hunt is looking to break free of the clinch but Bob has double underhooks. Bob throws a knee to the head but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt breaks the clinch.
Bob tries to bum rush Hunt with a series of wild strikes but Hunt uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hunt shoots in and gets a takedown into Bob's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bob being controlled here, momentarily. Hunt working some strikes from top position. Bob is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Hunt sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ray Hunt wasn't doing enough on the ground. Bob darts in trying to clinch and Hunt holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bob has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Hunt breaks the clinch.
Bob looks for a takedown but Hunt sprawls well. Bob tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hunt paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hunt gets a clinch. Hunt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bob darts in trying to clinch and Hunt counters with a series of strikes. Bob will be more careful next time no doubt. Hunt closes the distance and clinches. Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bob shoots in and drives through. Hunt sprawls well. Bob dives in for a single leg takedown but Hunt sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Hunt dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Hunt shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bob but Bob pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bob scores with a hook to the body. Hunt takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Hunt shoots in for a takedown but Bob shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Bob misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ray Hunt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hunt attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Bob wants to clinch up but Hunt keeps it at a distance. Hunt avoids the head kick by Bob.
Hunt swats away the attempt to clinch by Bob. Hunt circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bob lands a slapping body shot.
Hunt clinches up against the cage. Hunt jumps guard.
Hunt looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hunt is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bob tries to roll over but Hunt keeps him under control. Hunt decides to return to a standing position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt drives through with a takedown into Bob's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Bob looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hunt missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Hunt trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hunt stands and steps away. Bob gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Bob tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hunt paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hunt lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Hunt darts in looking for a takedown but Bob gets double underhooks and turns Hunt into the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ray Hunt. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunt is working for takedown but Bob is calmly controlling the position for now. Bob tries to pull guard but Hunt forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Hunt pulls guard. Hunt looking to control.
Hunt lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bob! Hunt tries to control but Bob wriggling away. Bob looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hunt is looking for the choke from the back position but Bob is controlling his hands well. Bob manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hunt's guard. Nice work there by Bob.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bob is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Hunt manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Billy Bob has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ray Hunt is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bob throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Hunt showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hunt, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
