The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Staruchowicz moves into range and clinches up with Flynn.
Flynn blocks a body shot from Staruchowicz.
Staruchowicz lands a nice knee to the body.
Staruchowicz can't find room to land a body shot as Flynn controls the action.
Staruchowicz goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Flynn is trying to break the clinch but Staruchowicz has him pressed against the cage.

Flynn has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Staruchowicz clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Flynn has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Staruchowicz has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Flynn is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Staruchowicz with him. Staruchowicz is trying to defend but Flynn has an arm under the chin now! Staruchowicz grimaces and is forced to tap out!
