The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
Jones drives through with a takedown into Silva's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Jones landing with the ground and pound.
Silva looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Jones is defending well. Silva quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Jones has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Silva celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
