Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Keef Kahliffa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Leon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Keef Kahliffa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kahliffa but Kahliffa pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kahliffa shoots in but Leon avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kahliffa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kahliffa fails to land the takedown.
Kahliffa leaves Leon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Leon closes the distance and pushes Kahliffa back into the cage.
Leon digs a right hand underneath Kahliffa's ribcage. Kahliffa let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Kahliffa has a couple of punches blocked by Leon.
Kahliffa has been working on his balance at Cozad The Island, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Leon.
Kahliffa gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Leon.

Leon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Kahliffa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kahliffa walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Leon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kahliffa, pushing him back against the cage.
Leon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Leon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kahliffa moves away.
Kahliffa wants to clinch but Leon slips to the side
and Leon counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Leon tries for a takedown but Kahliffa sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Leon has Kahliffa up against the cage in a clinch.

Leon lands a body punch in the clinch.
Leon dodges an elbow strike from Kahliffa.
Leon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kahliffa fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Kahliffa shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kahliffa showed some decent athleticism there.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Leon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kahliffa is working an open guard so Leon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Kahliffa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kahliffa goes for a double leg but Leon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Leon continues to drive forward.

Leon connects with a leg kick. Kahliffa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kahliffa shoots for a double leg takedown but Leon sprawls well. He's pushed Kahliffa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kahliffa stuffs the takedown attempt from Leon. Leon gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Leon cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Martin Leon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Martin Leon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Leon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
