Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adamh Pearse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Campbell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Campbell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bring it Back by Lil Wayne. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Campbell throws a poor cross that misses

and Pearse counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Pearse controlling the pace.
Campbell tries to get to full guard but Pearse has control of the leg.
Campbell wants to control but Pearse is keeping busy.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Adamh Pearse wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Pearse uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Campbell.

and Pearse counters with a nice low kick that buckles Campbell's knee momentarily.

Pearse takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Pearse walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Campbell checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Campbell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pearse at a distance.
Campbell scores with a hook to the body. Pearse takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Campbell moves into range and connects with a jab.

Campbell takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Campbell is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Pearse rather than just go for the knockout.

Campbell scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Campbell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Campbell just misses with a punch to the body.
Campbell connects with a body shot that sends Pearse's belly button to the back.
Pearse moves out of range as Campbell strikes.
Pearse tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Campbell was well out of range. Poor timing from Pearse.
Campbell lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Campbell tests Pearse's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Campbell lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Campbell scores with a jab to the body.
Campbell misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pearse swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pearse fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Campbell takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Campbell paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Pearse doesn't manage to clinch there - Campbell circles away.
Pearse drops his hands momentarily and Campbell takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pearse closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Pearse misses with a hook to the ribs.
Still in the clinch, Campbell scores with a nice short uppercut.
Campbell is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Pearse creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Campbell tries to work over Pearse's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Campbell is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Pearse is keeping busy.
Campbell blocking some punches.
Campbell has a couple of punches blocked by Pearse.
Pearse struggles to land a body shot inside as Campbell controls his hands.
Campbell lands a body shot in the clinch.
Campbell has Pearse pushed against the cage.
Pearse lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Campbell backwards.

Campbell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Campbell tries a body shot but Pearse blocks it.

Campbell tries to throw a body punch but Pearse avoids it by throwing Campbell back against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Campbell tries to stall but Pearse uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Pearse can't find room to land a body shot as Campbell controls the action.

Pearse digs a right hand underneath Campbell's ribcage. Campbell let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Pearse creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Campbell with a big uppercut! Campbell tries to clinch up but Pearse pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Campbell to the mat! Campbell covers up and Pearse unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
