The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt tries to clinch up

and Freeman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hunt's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Hunt utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Freeman is breathing heavily.
Freeman fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hunt unloads a knee to the mid-section. Freeman lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hunt connects with a nasty looking knee right to Freeman 's face.

Hunt trying to stall but Freeman improves his position.
Hunt jerks Freeman 's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Freeman drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Hunt goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Hunt because Freeman was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
