Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrance Gerltz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Heineken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lawrance Gerltz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alexander Heineken! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gerltz fails in his attempt to clinch. Gerltz tries to score with a low kick but Heineken moves his leg out of the way. Heineken has taken the fight to the clinch.
Heineken lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Heineken. Heineken escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gerltz scores with a leg kick.
Gerltz tries to clinch but Heineken is having none of it. Heineken darts in trying to clinch and Gerltz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Heineken throws a one two combo.
It looks like Lawrance Gerltz has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gerltz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Heineken has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Heineken defending well as Gerltz loads up on a big left hand. Gerltz lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Gerltz uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Heineken has time to react.
It looks like Alexander Heineken has been cut. Heineken doesn't manage to clinch there - Gerltz circles away.
Gerltz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Heineken, pushing him back against the cage. Gerltz working hard to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heineken tries to break the clinch but Gerltz is controlling the position. Heineken wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gerltz wants to stall.
Gerltz misses with a hook to the ribs.

Gerltz lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Heineken wants to clinch up but Gerltz keeps it at a distance. Heineken has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Gerltz misses with a straight right. Gerltz connects with an inside leg kick. Gerltz looks for the body kick but Heineken saw that one coming. Heineken wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. The fight stays on the outside here - Heineken looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Heineken doesn't manage to clinch there - Gerltz circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from Heineken. Gerltz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Heineken rushes Gerltz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Gerltz missing with knees to the body.
Heineken wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Gerltz has him pressed against the cage. Heineken wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gerltz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Heineken keeps the fight on the outside. Gerltz tries to clinch but Heineken moves out of range. Gerltz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Heineken darts in and clinches Gerltz up against the cage. Heineken blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Heineken tries to break free but Gerltz pushes him back against the cage. Gerltz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gerltz moves into the clinch. Gerltz breaks the clinch.
Gerltz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Gerltz misses with a hook.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heineken moves into the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Heineken is looking to break free of the clinch but Gerltz has double underhooks. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Heineken as Gerltz tries to tie him up. Gerltz misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Gerltz comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Gerltz tries to break free but Heineken pushes him back against the cage. Heineken tries to break free but Gerltz pushes him back against the cage. Heineken breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Heineken keeps the fight on the outside. A leg kick checked by Heineken. Gerltz fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gerltz throws a big shot that misses. Gerltz swats away the attempt to clinch by Heineken. Heineken misses the jab. A slapping leg kick lands for Gerltz.
The fighters circling - Gerltz throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Heineken steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gerltz. Heineken jabs Gerltz to the body, keeping him at a distance. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gerltz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Heineken momentarily.

Gerltz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Heineken paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gerltz misses with a looping left. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gerltz takes a body punch but keeps moving. Heineken will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gerltz thows a body shot but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lawrance Gerltz dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Alexander Heineken is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gerltz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Heineken counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gerltz connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Heineken avoids the body shot from Gerltz.
Good leg kick by Gerltz there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gerltz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Heineken is looking to clinch. That kick from Gerltz tenderised Heineken's leg. Heineken is trying to keep his angry face on. Heineken moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Heineken lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Heineken moves into the clinch. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Heineken's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Gerltz prevents a body shot from Heineken. Heineken is trying to push Gerltz away but Gerltz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Heineken lands with a light punch inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heineken lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Heineken is trying to break free. Heineken working hard to break the clinch. Gerltz looks to throw an elbow but misses. Heineken lands a nice shot to the body. Gerltz controlling the action here for a moment.
Gerltz keeps control of Heineken as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Gerltz is trying to break free. Heineken can't break the clinch.
Gerltz tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Heineken's elbow. Gerltz struggles to land a body shot inside as Heineken controls his hands.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Heineken steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gerltz. Gerltz lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Gerltz circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gerltz tries to clinch up but Heineken circles away and keeps his distance. Heineken tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gerltz paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gerltz misses with a left hand and Heineken counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Heineken moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Gerltz is rocked! Gerltz throws a lazy uppercut
and Heineken counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Gerltz falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Alexander Heineken! After winning the bout, Alexander Heineken thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
