Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bob Jagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jagger comes to the cage accompanied by I'm Shipping Up To Boston - Dropkick Murphys. Angel Torres has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bob Jagger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Angel Torres! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jagger fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jagger throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Jagger drives through and clinches with Torres against the cage.
Jagger is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Jagger is trying to break free. Torres pulls guard effortlessly. Torres is trying to keep Jagger in close.
Jagger wants to control from the top but Torres keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Torres is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Torres has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jagger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Jagger wants to control from the top but Torres keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Torres bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jagger's guard. Torres wants to pass the guard but Jagger is keeping the position. Jagger wants to improve his position but instead Torres has moved into half guard.
Jagger is looking for a sweep. Torres is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Jagger wants to control the action here but instead Torres manages to pass to full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Torres is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jagger has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jagger! Jagger avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Torres is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jagger tries to free his leg and advance position but Torres is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jagger trying to control but Torres is working from the bottom. Jagger avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Torres looks gassed! Jagger is looking to work some ground and pound but Torres has wrist control. Jagger looking to sit in guard and control but Torres gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Torres slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. You can see the frustration on Jagger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Jagger is looking for a sweep. Jagger manages to get back to half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Torres is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Jagger! Jagger defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Torres. Jagger is in all sorts of trouble here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Angel Torres dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jagger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jagger does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Jagger misses with a looping left. Jagger shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Torres as he jumps to the side. Torres ducks under a wild hook from Jagger. Jagger looks to land a combination but Torres avoids it well. Jagger tries to clinch but Torres moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jagger gets the takedown into side control. Jagger decides to stand back up. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jagger gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jagger wants to hit a switch here but Torres passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Jagger there! Torres fails to take his opponent's back. Torres is in the full mount, landing strikes. Jagger looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Jagger rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jagger missing with punches from the bottom.
The fighters are battling for position here. Jagger manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Jagger wants to improve his position but instead Torres has moved into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Torres is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Jagger tries to roll over but Torres keeps him under control. Jagger wants to control the action here but instead Torres manages to pass to full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Jagger gets back to half guard. Jagger is defending against the submission attempts here by Torres.
Torres is looking for a kimura but Jagger is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Torres to get the leverage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jagger is trying to control but can't.
Torres prevents Jagger from standing back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bob Jagger will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Jagger throws a leg kick but Torres checks it. Jagger darts in and clinches Torres up against the cage. Torres tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jagger just stands there and leans against the cage. Torres letting Jagger take a breather here. Torres jumps guard but Jagger stands there with Torres around his waist. Torres gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jagger is looking to break free of the clinch but Torres has double underhooks. Torres lands a knee to the body.

Jagger has his takedown stuffed and Torres counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Torres wants to pass the guard but Jagger is keeping the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Torres with a flurry of punches that miss. Jagger is looking for a triangle but Torres pushes his legs off easily.
Jagger throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Torres passes Jagger's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Torres wants to work for an arm triangle but Jagger is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Torres not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Jagger is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Torres pulls his head out easily. Torres is trying for a kimura here. Jagger looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Torres wins by kimura!
