Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aj Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Firahzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benn's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Metallica-master of puppets. Firahzi has chosen Bad Guy - 3OH!3 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Aj Benn has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Aj Benn seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Firahzi!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Benn shoots in looking for a takedown but Firahzi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Benn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Firahzi looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Firahzi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Firahzi clinches up with Benn and pushes him back against the cage.

Still in the clinch, Firahzi scores with a nice short uppercut.
It looks like Aj Benn has been cut.
Firahzi digs a right hand underneath Benn's ribcage. Benn let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Benn drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Benn wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aj Benn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Benn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Benn shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Firahzi's guard.

Firahzi pulls Benn in close to his closed guard and prevents Benn from doing any damage or advancing position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Joe Firahzi.
Firahzi misses with the combination.
Benn takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Benn closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Benn prevents Firahzi from improving his position.
Benn seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Firahzi is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Joe Firahzi was interviewed post fight and said 'Well this sucks, might go back to drug dealing'.
